When Tazza Kitchen opens in spot where Café Caturra used to sit, it will bring more of a dinner atmosphere to that side of Cameron Village.

While Grant is converting the space from one restaurant to another, he says there is no connection between the two. “Tazza is so different that we want to draw a very stark contrast between the two,” he says, calling Café Caturra a soup “salad and sandwich, lunch-oriented place,” while “Tazza’s is a full-blown dinner experience. … We really felt that in Cameron Village, there is a good opportunity for a dinner spot, with the type of atmosphere and vibe that we are trying to bring.”
